Tsingato is a Chinese beer with a very clean refreshing taste. Its not heavy, because it is actually a pilsner not a rice beer like i had assumed it was! I drank mine while enjoying some buffalo wings and was really impressed by how great these two go together. The sharp tastes really cuts through the hot sauce while not giving you a heavy feeling in your stomach most ales or lagers do.
However, because the taste of the beer is so lite I can't imagine drinking more than one of these without the feeling like I have been drinking too many Coors Light, or many other pilsners really.
Oh and by the way, Coors Light (not lite) is named for the can being bright, not for the beer being a full tasting yet few in calories beverage. So remember Coors light is not a lite beer but a very shiny bright can containing a very weak piss like liquid which taste awful.
Bottom line, if your in the mood for a pilsner the Tsingato is far in a way a good choice.

Saranac: Pumpkin Ale
For a beer that has a pumpkin on its label the Saranac pumpkin Ale has remarkably little pumpkin taste, but it does have a bit of cinnamon spice.
If your looking for a seasonal beer to remind you the leaves are turning and Halloween is coming this isn't a great choice. But for a beer all on its own its not too bad, a spicy alternative to other beers.
Lets get started
